What we do

About the Ray Pack

Hello, my name is Rachel Ray. My husband, John Ray, and I started this dog rescue after years of volunteering for Siberian Husky rescues all over the southeastern part of the United States. We adopted our first Siberian Husky from a local animal rescue and fell in love with the breed immediately. Since then we have fostered over 100 dogs and volunteered our time to these amazing animals by transporting, doing home visits, donating to rescues, and helping out at our local animal shelter.  There are many huskies, and other breeds, in Tennessee that need our help and we finally got the resources to start our own dog rescue, which we named the Ray Pack. Every dog who enters our rescue will always be an honorary member of our pack and we are committed to them for as long as they live. This is not just a hobby of ours, it is a true passion.

We pull dogs from shelters and cruelty cases in our region.

Every one of our dogs receives vetting, training, and is allowed all the time he/she will need to heal before going to a forever home

All of our adopted dogs are fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered, treated for any ailments, and microchipped before going to their adopters.
